From Request to Certification

A clear sequence of what happens after your factory submits a training request. Each stage has a defined output, so your team knows exactly what to expect and when.

Step 01

Submit your training request

Send us the machinery types, operator count, and preferred schedule. We confirm availability within two working days and assign a technical coordinator to your account.

Step 02

Site assessment and gap analysis

Our trainers visit your facility to review current operator skill levels, equipment condition, and safety protocols. This determines the starting level for each participant.

Step 03

Customized training plan

You receive a module-by-module plan covering classroom theory, simulator sessions, and hands-on machine practice. Adjustments to shift timing and group size are made here.

Step 04

Training delivery on site

Certified instructors run the program at your factory using your equipment or our simulators. Attendance, progress, and assessment scores are logged per operator.

Step 05

Practical and written assessment

Each operator completes a written exam and a supervised practical test. Results are reviewed by two assessors to keep the certification standard consistent.

Step 06

Certificates and follow-up report

Successful operators receive their certificates within five working days. Your HR department gets a full report with scores, retraining recommendations, and validity dates.

Enrollment timeline

From intake to certification in four stages

Request a schedule

Week 1-2: Site assessment

We review your factory floor layout, equipment list, and shift patterns. A coordinator maps the training slots around production downtime so operators are not pulled off critical lines.

Week 3-4: Classroom modules

Instructors cover machine-specific theory, safety protocols, and inspection checklists. Each session runs two hours and ends with a short written quiz to confirm the group is ready for hands-on work.

Week 5-6: Simulator practice

Trainees rotate through heavy machinery simulators to practice load handling, emergency stops, and blind-spot checks. Instructors log individual error rates and assign extra drills where needed.

Week 7-8: Practical exam

The final assessment happens on your own equipment under normal operating conditions. Successful candidates receive a certification card valid for two years, with a re-certification reminder sent to the plant manager.
