These conditions govern access to Lecoledapres training programs, simulator sessions, and certification assessments for factory personnel in Malaysia's manufacturing sector.
Lecoledapres provides technical certification and heavy machinery operational training exclusively for factory personnel employed in the manufacturing sector. Our programs cover forklift operations, excavator handling, crane safety, and related industrial equipment. All training sessions are conducted at our facility in Ipoh, Perak, unless a corporate on-site arrangement is agreed in writing.
Participants must be nominated by their employing factory or manufacturing company. Each trainee must meet the physical and educational prerequisites outlined in the specific program description before enrollment. We reserve the right to verify employment status and to refuse admission if prerequisites are not satisfied.
Course manuals, checklists, and simulator modules are provided for training purposes only. Reproduction or redistribution of proprietary materials without prior written consent is prohibited. Simulator access is limited to registered participants during scheduled sessions and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Certification is granted only after the participant completes all required modules and passes the practical and written assessments. Certificates remain valid for the period stated in the program documentation. Recertification may be required if operational standards change or if the participant has a gap in active machinery use exceeding twelve months.
Corporate clients are responsible for providing accurate participant information, ensuring attendance, and communicating any medical or safety considerations relevant to hands-on training. Clients must also confirm that their facility meets local safety regulations if on-site training is requested.
Lecoledapres is not liable for indirect damages, loss of production time, or operational disruptions arising from training schedules. Our total liability for any claim related to a training program is limited to the fee paid for that specific program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate a training agreement with fourteen days written notice. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least five working days before the scheduled session. If a participant fails to attend without prior notice, the session is considered completed and cannot be carried over.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in certification standards, operational procedures, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
