Who We Are and Why We Train Factory Teams
Lecoledapres is a corporate industrial certification center based in Ipoh, Perak. We work exclusively with manufacturing facilities to certify their personnel on heavy machinery operations and technical safety standards. Our training rooms, simulator bays, and assessment protocols are built around the realities of a working factory floor, not generic classroom theory.
We started Lecoledapres because most technical certification in Malaysia was either too academic for shop-floor staff or too shallow to matter during an audit. Factory managers told us they needed a middle ground: training that respected the operator's experience, tested real competence, and produced documentation that held up under inspection.
Every program we run is tied to a specific machine type or production role. A forklift certification covers load handling, pedestrian protocols, and daily inspection routines. An excavator module works through swing control, ground stability, and emergency shutdown sequences. Nothing is generic, and nothing is taught without a hands-on component.
Our instructors come from operational backgrounds, not just teaching posts. They have supervised shifts, managed maintenance schedules, and dealt with near-misses. That experience shapes how we write manuals, how we set up simulator scenarios, and how we debrief an operator after a practical assessment.
