Feedback on Communication and Setup

What stood out for me was how the coordination worked before the actual training days. We had a narrow window between production shifts, and the scheduling team at Lecoledapres adjusted the simulator sessions around our line stoppages rather than the other way around. That flexibility saved us from having to pull operators off the floor during peak hours.

The setup itself was straightforward. They sent a technical checklist ahead of time, so our maintenance crew knew exactly what power and floor space the equipment needed. No surprises on the morning of the first session. The instructor walked through the safety protocols, confirmed everyone had the right PPE, and we started within fifteen minutes of the planned time.

One thing worth noting: the communication during the booking phase was clear, but the follow-up documentation after each session took a couple of days to arrive. Not a dealbreaker, but if you are planning to report progress to upper management weekly, factor that delay into your timeline.

For a factory that needs certification without disrupting production, the practical setup and the willingness to work around shift schedules made the difference. I would book again for the next batch of operators.

Feedback on Communication and Setup

Most of the friction in corporate training happens before the first session. This review covers how Lecoledapres handled scheduling, documentation, and the practical constraints of a running production floor.

Initial contactResponse came within one working day. The coordinator asked about shift patterns and machine availability before proposing dates, which saved us from a round of back-and-forth.

DocumentationCourse outlines and assessment criteria were shared as PDFs ahead of time. Our HR team could review the content and flag any gaps before committing the crew.

On-site setupSimulators were delivered and calibrated a day before training started. The team worked around our afternoon maintenance window, so production was not interrupted.

Follow-upCertificates and individual score reports arrived within a week. The breakdown by skill area made it easy to plan refresher sessions for two operators.
